Step 3. Select the "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP" option button > click [ Next > ] |

| Step 4. Select "Manually Configure Server Settings or additional Server Types" > click [ Next > ] |

| Step 5. Enter Your Name > Enter E-mail Address:
email@yourcompany.com > Enter POP3 = mail.riology.net & SMTP = mail.riology.net > Enter User Name = accountname > Enter Password = ***** > click the [ More Settings... ] button |

| Step 6. Click the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" checkbox > ensure that the "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" option button is selected > Click the [ Adavanced ] tab. |

| Step 7. Under Server Timeouts: drag the slider to 6 minutes or greater > Under Delivery: Click the "Leave a copy of messages on the server" checkbox > Click the "Remove from server after" checkbox > Change the dropdown box to 3 days > Click the [ OK ] button |

| Step 8. Click the [ Next > ] button. |

| Step 9. Under Server Timeouts: drag the slider to 7 minutes or greater > Under Delivery: Click the "Leave a copy of messages on the server" checkbox > Click the "Remove from server after" checkbox > Change the dropdown box to 3 days > Click the [ OK ] button |
